Guided by a clear vision to provide value beyond business, Prime Group has made a landmark contribution of LKR 200 million to the Rebuilding Sri Lanka Fund, pledging its support for the national recovery from Cyclone Ditwah. This contribution is considered one of the largest made by a corporate entity to date. Prime Group believes it is their responsibility to aid the nation during times of distress.

Prime Group is deeply committed to supporting educational and healthcare initiatives, viewing it as their duty to sustain and enhance these essential services for communities and future generations.

Mrs. Sandamini Perera, Co-Chairperson of Prime Group, recently expressed, “As a company, we firmly believe that education is our responsibility because it is our nation’s future, and healthcare is our duty. We are always committed to strengthening the nation’s education and healthcare systems for the betterment of tomorrow.”

Reinforcing this commitment, the Group has provided immediate assistance to the children of police officers affected by the disaster, supplying them with complete sets of school materials for the new academic year to ensure their education continues uninterrupted. Prime Group stands by frontline officers who protect communities at significant personal risk.

Prime Group’s involvement in healthcare has had a life-saving impact on patients nationwide. The Group has donated three dialysis machines to Kegalle Hospital, enhancing access to critical kidney treatments for patients in the region.

Furthering their commitment to advanced cancer care, Prime Group plans to provide a specialized radiation bunker with chemical non-leak protection to Apeksha Hospital. This critical infrastructure is necessary for the operation of Linear Accelerator machines. By delivering this essential facility, Prime Group will reduce radiotherapy waiting times, transforming care and saving countless lives.

Additionally, Prime Group maintains Ward 38 at Kalubowila Hospital, bolstering the hospital’s capacity to serve patients.

As the Group continues its 30-year legacy of leadership, Premalal Brahmanage, Chairman of Prime Group, stated, “True leadership is measured by the impact we have on people’s lives and the hope we inspire in our communities. At Prime Group, we believe that for a business to thrive, we must safeguard our people and contribute to the nation’s wellbeing, delivering not just services, but peace of mind and a brighter future for all. We are committed to rebuilding our nation, which we believe is our responsibility. This is the core value we will uphold in the years to come.”

Prime Group’s legacy is evident: 30 years of dedication, delivering a century’s worth of nation-building, committed to creating a better place on earth.
