MTI Consulting has successfully completed a performance review of the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe and developed turnaround strategies for the organization.
“The assignment benefitted from the active participation and strategic guidance of the leadership of the Mutapa Investment Fund and SERA (State Enterprises Restructuring Agency). We are pleased with the outcome and approach of MTI Consulting,” stated Dr. John Mangudya, CEO of the Mutapa Investment Fund.
Mr. Onesimo Musi, Executive Director of SERA, remarked, “In developing these strategies, MTI’s robust approach included stakeholder feedback from Zimbabwe’s industrial and non-bank financial institution (NBFI) sectors, along with best-fit practices drawn from the region’s top-performing Industrial Development Corporations.”
The Mutapa Investment Fund, Zimbabwe’s sovereign wealth fund, manages a diverse portfolio of 66 companies in sectors such as natural resources, energy, infrastructure, industrials, financial services, and real estate.
