Indresh Puvimanasinghe Fernando Named Chief Financial Officer at Janashakthi Finance PLC

Janashakthi Finance PLC, previously known as Orient Finance PLC and a subsidiary of the Janashakthi Group (JXG), is pleased to announce the appointment of Indresh Puvimanasinghe Fernando as its Chief Financial Officer.

Indresh brings over 33 years of extensive experience in various industries, including finance, operations, supply chain management, and digital transformation. Her career is characterized by significant achievements in operational leadership, financial strategy, business turnaround, and large-scale organizational transformation, particularly within the healthcare and financial services sectors.

In 2014, Indresh joined Softlogic Holdings PLC and was later appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Softlogic Finance PLC. During her tenure, she was instrumental in strengthening operational frameworks and performance. In 2018, she ascended to the role of Chief Process Officer (CPO) at the Asiri Hospital Group, where she spearheaded enterprise-wide process reengineering initiatives to boost productivity, enhance customer experience, and manage procurement and accounts receivable portfolios. Before her time at Softlogic, Indresh served as Sector Finance Director at Hemas Group, further broadening her experience in diverse corporate environments.

Indresh is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK (FCMA) and holds the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
