The program was conducted by Mimi Nicklin, a seasoned CEO, global bestselling author, empathy advocate, and executive coach with over 18 years of experience in more than 25 markets. The session emphasized the importance of embedding empathetic leadership and listening within organizational leadership. It highlighted how these qualities contribute to building and maintaining high-performance, motivated teams. The discussion underscored the pivotal role of psychological safety in boosting performance, reaffirming JXG’s longstanding commitment to strengthening people-centric leadership. This approach aims to enhance collaboration, employee engagement, and uphold a culture grounded in respect and transparency.

Wasanthi Stephen, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of JXG, commented on the program, stating, “We believe that the growth and creation of inclusive teams begin when leadership integrates a culture of empathy within the organization and among themselves. More importantly, we believe that creating safe spaces within organizations can bridge generational gaps, drive engagement, and nurture loyalty. This is the essence of creating a collaborative culture that fosters innovation and excellence. Consequently, this program represents our commitment to excellence and accountability to both our teams and our customers.”
