HNB Partners with Baili Investments to Launch Home Loans for Silk Rajagiriya

FINANCIAL CHRONICLE – Hatton National Bank of Sri Lanka has announced a partnership with Baili Investments Lanka (Pvt) Ltd to offer home loans for Silk Rajagiriya, a residential complex currently under construction. This development will feature recreational facilities and consist of six high-rise towers, complete with a shopping complex, cinema, clubhouse, indoor golf, an art gallery, rooftop leisure areas, a swimming pool, and a jogging track.

“Silk Rajagiriya embodies modern living, and we are proud to assist the community in accessing this opportunity with confidence,” stated Kanchana Karunagama, HNB’s Head of Retail Banking and Senior Vice President.

The agreement between the two entities will be in effect until December 31, 2026. Silk Rajagiriya is strategically located at the junction of Buthgamuwa Road and Parliament Road. The construction is currently at the eighth floor, with completion anticipated by September 2028.

Baili Investments is a developer registered with the Board of Investment (BOI) and is supported by investors from Hong Kong. “Partnering with HNB ensures that home financing is straightforward, boosts confidence in the real estate sector, and reinforces our commitment to delivering a premium living experience,” remarked Xueyuan Deng, Director of Baili Investments.
