Ceylinco Life, the leading life insurance provider in Sri Lanka, has successfully conducted the grand draw of its 19th Family Savari mega promotion. This event selected hundreds of families for remarkable overseas holidays and local leisure experiences. Notably, this edition marked the debut of winners from the ‘Run for Savari’ game.

During the draw, five policyholder families, comprising 20 individuals, were awarded the top prize: an all-expenses-paid trip to Beijing. These families are associated with Ceylinco Life branches in Wennappuwa, Kelaniya, Godakawela, Kamburupitiya, and Homagama.

Furthermore, 10 families, totaling 40 people, were chosen for a fully sponsored holiday in Malaysia. Additionally, 283 families, making up 1,000 individuals, were selected for a day of excitement and entertainment at the Pearl Bay theme park.

This year’s grand draw also introduced winners from the ‘Run for Savari’ web-based game, expanding the Family Savari experience to non-policyholders for the first time. Four winners were drawn from the top 100 scorers in the game to enjoy stays at star-class hotels in Sri Lanka. Additionally, 14 weekly winners had previously received supermarket vouchers worth Rs. 10,000 each.

The top scorer among the 7,500 participants of the ‘Run for Savari’ game was announced, hailing from Wellawatte. This participant, who scored an impressive 109,458 points, will also enjoy a holiday in Malaysia courtesy of Ceylinco Life.

With the completion of the draw, preparations are underway for the overseas tours and local excursions, bringing the Family Savari experience to a fresh group of winners. Since its inception in 2007, Ceylinco Life’s Family Savari promotion has benefited over 37,000 individuals from more than 11,000 policyholder families across Sri Lanka. It has established itself as the largest and most enduring loyalty and rewards program in the country’s life insurance sector.

Over the years, Family Savari winners have traveled to diverse destinations, including Australia, Italy, England, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, France, and Türkiye, as well as popular locations such as China, Dubai, Malaysia, and Singapore. Adding to the excitement, celebrity brand ambassadors Roshan Ranawana, his wife Kushlani, and son Minneth accompany the winners on their journeys, enhancing the Family Savari experience.

Having been conducted without interruption for nearly two decades, Family Savari has become synonymous with shared family experiences, meaningful rewards, and the celebration of long-standing customer relationships. Its successful 19th edition further reinforces this legacy.

Ceylinco Life has maintained its position as the market leader in Sri Lanka’s life insurance industry for 21 consecutive years, offering innovative insurance solutions that safeguard and support the ambitions of policyholders. In 2025, the company was recognized as the most valuable insurance brand in Sri Lanka and ranked as the 22nd most valuable brand overall by Brand Finance. It was also voted the People’s Life Insurance Service Provider of the Year for the 19th consecutive year in 2025, affirming its status as a trusted brand among millions.

The company has also been honored as Sri Lanka’s Brand of the Year twice within the past five years and recognized among the 10 Most Admired Companies in Sri Lanka by the International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (ICCSL) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
