Beira Brush Seizes Opportunity to Acquire Ravi Industries’ Clientele for ₹300 Million

FINANCIAL CHRONICLE – BPPL Holdings’ subsidiary, Beira Brush (Private) Limited, is set to acquire the customer portfolio of Ravi Industries Limited (RIL), along with the rights to the “Ravi” trademark and associated intellectual property, as part of a business transfer agreement, according to BPPL.

The financial arrangement will be executed over a period of five years, with payments tied to the revenue generated from the acquired customer base and trademarks, amounting to a minimum of 300 million rupees.

The company noted in a market announcement that this deal will allow the BPPL group to achieve greater synergy and cost efficiencies by consolidating production and manufacturing for RIL’s clientele at Beira Brush’s current manufacturing sites.

This strategic move will position Beira Brush among the largest producers of industrial brushware in Asia.

Based in Sri Lanka, BPPL Holdings specializes in brush manufacturing and the upcycling of plastics. Its subsidiaries, including Beira Brush and Eco Spindles, are involved in the production of industrial brushware, recycled polyester yarns, and synthetic monofilaments. (Colombo/Jul14/2026)
