The financial chronicle has obtained full copy of the court order in the Cabraal case. It would be noted that whilst Court had not imposed a condition CIABOC has mentioned their decision in page 3 paragraph 3 & 4.
Cabraal’s lawyer Dilan Ratnayake PC has stated that his client is not agreeable to pay any compensation as per 3-7.
