Renowned for its striking rooftop locations and lively ambiance, CÉ LA VI has built an international brand, with locations in major cities like Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Dubai, and London, and plans for further global expansion.

In line with CAHM’s dedication to providing international industry exposure, its collaboration with CÉ LA VI Singapore grants select students the chance to participate in a three-month international internship. This program equips students with invaluable hands-on experience, familiarizes them with global hospitality standards, facilitates cultural exchange, and enables them to work in a diverse professional setting.

Students enrolled in Hospitality Management, Commercial Cookery, and Patisserie programs are eligible for internships through a competitive interview and selection process.

Since the inception of this initiative in 2025, CAHM has successfully placed five groups of students at CÉ LA VI Singapore.

This internship experience allows students to implement their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a dynamic international hospitality context. Participants gain direct insights into global service protocols, kitchen operations in premium environments, and multicultural workplace practices, all while learning to thrive and collaborate in diverse settings.

Alongside enhancing their technical skills, students cultivate crucial professional and personal attributes, including confidence, independence, adaptability, teamwork, communication, and professional discipline. Additionally, interns receive a stipend during the program, providing further support alongside their international learning and career development journey.

This partnership underscores CAHM’s mission to serve as a bridge for aspiring young Sri Lankan professionals to realize fulfilling careers both locally and abroad. By linking educational initiatives with esteemed global hospitality brands like CÉ LA VI, CAHM consistently offers meaningful opportunities for its students while contributing to the growth of hospitality education in Sri Lanka.

Through recognized qualifications, industry-centric training, and international internship prospects, CAHM at SLIIT is equipping the upcoming generation of hospitality experts to confidently navigate the global arena.
