Who We’re Looking For
A passionate, curious, and sharp-minded individual who can:
- Report breaking news on markets, companies, economy, and policy
- Conduct interviews with industry leaders and analysts
- Write clear, factual, and engaging news articles under tight deadlines
- Monitor the Colombo Stock Exchange, regulatory updates, and economic trends
- Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, credibility, and integrity
Requirements
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Strong understanding of business, finance, or economics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced digital newsroom
- Experience in journalism or financial reporting is an advantage, but not mandatory
