Sri Lanka’s export sector demonstrated continued positive growth in 2025, achieving a year-on-year increase of 5.6%. According to statistics from Sri Lanka Customs and estimated export figures for gems and jewellery, petroleum products, and services, total export earnings amounted to US$ 17,252.15 million for the year. This reflects sustained growth and improved external trade conditions.
