Ceylinco Life, the leading life insurance provider in Sri Lanka, celebrated its top sales achievers at the Mid-Year Awards 2026, honoring their remarkable contributions to customer service in the first half of the year.
The event took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Weerawila, themed ‘Champions of Excellence – Mid Year Awards 2026,’ and welcomed approximately 230 attendees, including the company’s Chairman, board members, senior management, and selected sales personnel.
This two-day event served to acknowledge and reward exemplary performance within the company’s sales division, gathering individuals who have excelled in reaching their targets during the initial six months of 2026.

Awards were distributed across various categories, which included Investment, Awards of Excellence, Group Insurance, Retirement Planning, Manpower Achievement, Friendship Circle Champions, and High Flyer Achievements. These diverse categories showcased the extensive contributions of Ceylinco Life’s sales team to the overall success of the company.
A total of 124 award recipients were celebrated, receiving a variety of accolades such as certificates, plaques, medals, trophies, cash rewards, and international trips.
Among the notable awardees were Mr. A. S. Samarasinghe from the Nugegoda branch, recognized as Best Regional Sales Manager; Ms. S. R. A. R. Kumari from the Kolonnawa branch, awarded Best Life Insurance Advisor in the Rookie category; Mr. A. I. P. Manjula from the Ambalantota branch, who earned the title of Best Life Insurance Advisor in the Veteran category; Mrs. S. Ragini from the Jaffna branch, named Best Sales Executive; and Mr. A. S. L. Fernando from the Wennappuwa branch, acknowledged as Best Agency Head.
In a gesture of appreciation, the resort provided full-board accommodation for all winners and attendees, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.
The Mid-Year Awards hold significant importance in Ceylinco Life’s yearly agenda, offering a platform to honor the achievements of its sales force at the mid-point of the year and to recognize their commitment to customer service and performance, which have been vital to the company’s ongoing success.
