Ceylinco Life has reaffirmed its dedication to acknowledging and motivating excellence within its sales team through the celebration of ‘High Flyers Day 2026.’ This signature event gathered over 300 of the company’s leading Sales Officers for an evening dedicated to recognition, reflection, and renewed aspirations.
Hosted at the prestigious ITC Ratnadipa Colombo, the gathering celebrated Sales Officers who attained High Flyers Status, received ‘Sales Superstar’ accolades, or qualified for the esteemed Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) based on their performance in 2025.
The theme for the 2026 High Flyers Day was ‘Beyond Excellence,’ emphasizing not only the celebration of current achievements but also motivating the company’s top performers to exceed targets, lead by example, and establish new standards of success throughout the organization.
Members of the Board of Directors and senior management were present at the ceremony, highlighting the significant role the sales force plays in Ceylinco Life’s sustained market leadership. The event concluded with a fellowship dinner and entertainment, enhancing camaraderie and strengthening connections within this high-achieving community.
Mr. R. Renganathan, Executive Chairman of Ceylinco Life, along with Chief Operating Officer Mr. Samitha Hemachandra, delivered inspiring motivational speeches during the event. A panel discussion featuring several top achievers provided insights and shared valuable experiences with the audience.
Adding to the evening’s inspiration was a thought-provoking speech by former Sri Lankan cricket captain Angelo Mathews.
