Colombo Dockyard PLC (CDPLC) successfully held its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 25, 2026, marking a significant milestone as it was the first AGM after Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) acquired a majority shareholding in the company.
