The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has been awarded the ‘Great Place to Work Certification’ for the fifth consecutive year, highlighting its dedication to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and secure workplace. This recognition has been bestowed upon the exchange since 2022.
Mr. Rajeeva Bandaranaike, the CEO of CSE, stated, “Our employees are our most valuable asset. This fifth consecutive certification is a significant acknowledgment of our efforts to cultivate a work culture based on trust, respect, and collaboration. This achievement belongs to every member of the CSE team and reflects the dedication, passion, and teamwork that propel our success.”
The certification is granted by Great Place to Work®, a worldwide organization that acknowledges exemplary workplaces across over 180 countries, representing more than 20 million workers and 22,000 companies globally. The award is based on feedback from an anonymous, organization-wide survey that assessed workplace culture in five critical areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
