Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading connectivity provider, has launched a new AI-powered Chat & Voice Bot on Yeheli.lk, the country’s first free, trilingual, and anonymous digital advisory platform. This initiative, timed to coincide with International Women’s Day, is part of Dialog AI—a program dedicated to advancing responsible and inclusive artificial intelligence solutions. By enhancing digital support for families across Sri Lanka, Dialog reinforces its commitment to delivering “The Future. Today.” through technology that addresses real human needs.

Yeheli.lk collaborates with the National Institute of Mental Health, Without Borders, and Doc990, integrating clinical expertise, counseling services, and digital health access. This collaboration aims to guide users toward credible information and professional support when additional assistance is necessary. The newly launched AI-powered feature provides 24/7 chat and voice-based support in Sinhala, Tamil, and English, allowing individuals to confidentially seek help at any time and from any location within the country, free of charge.

Designed as a safe digital space, Yeheli.lk enables individuals to ask personal questions without fear of judgment. The platform provides information on mental health, family and relationship concerns, personal wellbeing, and other health-related issues. The AI Chat & Voice Bot offers initial support to help users understand their concerns and options, directing them to qualified professionals and partner organizations when further expert assistance is needed. The platform remains committed to maintaining anonymity and confidentiality.

This initiative is part of Dialog AI, reflecting the company’s approach to using artificial intelligence to address real human challenges while prioritizing privacy and trust.
