Hayleys Mobility Limited, the mobility division of Hayleys Fentons Limited, has announced a strategic partnership with Kaiyi Auto, a rapidly growing state-supported automotive manufacturer from China. This partnership represents a notable expansion of Hayleys Mobility’s New Energy Vehicle (NEV) offerings and positions the company as a leader in providing sustainable, technology-driven mobility solutions in the Sri Lankan market.

As part of this collaboration, Hayleys Mobility is introducing the Kaiyi eVibe, a modern sub-compact electric hatchback. Previously known as the Kaiyi E-Qute 04, the model has been rebranded as the Kaiyi eVibe to establish a distinct local identity.

The eVibe is priced at an introductory Rs. 7.9 million. As a special launch offer, the first 100 customers will receive a complimentary 3kW solar system, allowing owners to further reduce energy costs while promoting cleaner, more sustainable transportation. The eVibe boasts a 300 km CLTC-certified range, making it an economical choice for daily urban and suburban commuting. As a fully electric, zero-emission vehicle, the eVibe presents an attractive option for families and businesses looking to minimize their carbon footprint and support the global environmental movement.

Emphasizing intelligent engineering and user-focused design, the eVibe is equipped with a 360-degree surround-view camera to boost driver confidence and a 30-minute fast-charging capability for added convenience. A premium six-speaker audio system with seamless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity integrates the driver’s digital lifestyle with an intuitive infotainment interface. Despite its competitive pricing, Kaiyi Auto prioritizes innovation through collaborations with global leaders like CATL for advanced battery solutions, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

Kaiyi Auto has expanded its global presence to over 30 countries and regions, including the Middle East, Russia, Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia. Known for delivering affordable, stylish, and technologically advanced vehicles, the brand strongly appeals to younger drivers and value-conscious families worldwide.

The Kaiyi eVibe is available in a sophisticated selection of standard colors, including White, Royal Silver, Moonstone, Aqua Frost, and Silver Pink. For those seeking a more personalized look, optional colors include Lemon Yellow, Blue Pearl, Lime Green, Orange Red, Calypso Red, and Cockney Brown, allowing owners to tailor the vehicle to their personal style.
