Lihini Sea Foods (Pvt) Ltd has been awarded the prestigious Gold Award in the Extra Large Category for the Fisheries & Fishery Products Sector at the 33rd NCE Export Awards 2025. This event is organized by the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka. The award acknowledges the company’s significant contribution to Sri Lanka’s export sector and its ongoing excellence in global seafood markets.

Founded in 2004 and supported by two generations of expertise in the seafood industry, Lihini Sea Foods (Pvt) Ltd has established a strong international presence. The company supplies premium-quality seafood products to customers in Europe, the United States, Asia, Russia, and Oceania. Specializing in high-value tuna, swordfish, reef fish, and a wide variety of seafood, all products are processed in strict compliance with international standards.

To further enhance its competitive edge, Lihini Sea Foods has significantly expanded its value-added portfolio with a strong emphasis on Seafood Sausage products. The range includes Premium Fish Sausages, Chilli Fish Sausages, Naimiris Fish Sausages, Smoked Fish Sausages, Seafood Sausage, and Prawn Sausages, catering to both retail and food service markets. The Seafood Ball Range offers multiple variants designed for convenience and versatility, while the Breaded Range includes Fish Cutlets, Nai-Miris Fish Cutlets, Fish Patties, and Fish Rolls. The company also continues to offer tuna loins, steaks, fillets, cubes, sashimi-grade cuts, vacuum-packed portions, and customized retail-ready packaging solutions.
