The design of the master plan has been entrusted to the esteemed DP Architects from Singapore, creating a landmark that will harmoniously connect with Orion Tower I, resulting in a combined floor area of approximately 36,000 square feet. The new tower will offer sweeping 180-degree views of Colombo, spacious column-free office layouts to enhance workspace adaptability, and aims to achieve LEED Platinum Certification, underscoring Orion City’s dedication to sustainability, innovation, and global workplace standards.
