Perituza Software Solutions, a technology firm based in Houston with operations in Colombo and New Delhi, has successfully wrapped up the second installment of its workshop series titled “Applying AI in Corporate Workflows.” This latest event was specifically tailored to address the needs of sales operations.
Following the successful inaugural session, which engaged professionals from sectors such as advertising, public relations, media buying, and agencies, this recent workshop shifted its focus to corporate sales teams. It brought together experts from industries including banking, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and tourism to discuss how artificial intelligence can enhance sales processes.
The workshop took place at Bistro des Marées, Cinnamon Life, and centered on effective strategies for integrating AI into corporate sales functions. Instead of merely highlighting new tools and their functionalities, the session emphasized how organizations can optimize their investments in AI, decide between purchasing or developing software solutions, and lay a strategic groundwork for AI implementation.
Live demonstrations showcased a range of AI applications, from readily available tools to customized customer relationship management (CRM) systems, AI agents, and automated workflows, providing practical examples that yield immediate returns on investment. The workshop also illustrated how companies can maximize their existing Microsoft 365 subscriptions, utilizing tools like SharePoint and Teams to create cost-effective alternatives to third-party software as a service (SaaS) platforms.
“Demonstrating what AI can achieve is different from effectively integrating AI within an organization,” stated Yuka LaTulippe, Co-CEO and General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Perituza. “Our approach begins with pinpointing the value that AI is expected to provide, whether that involves reclaiming time spent on administrative tasks, reducing sales cycle durations, or enhancing capabilities like real-time revenue forecasting.
This emphasis on value ensures that AI is implemented in areas where it can generate genuine returns on investment. The aim of this workshop was to help attendees comprehend how AI can empower their corporate sales teams to scale and excel in competitive markets.”
A key topic discussed during the workshop was the disparity between interest in AI and the realization of tangible business outcomes. Participants examined why software investments do not necessarily equate to returns and emphasized the necessity for organizations to clarify anticipated results before exploring opportunities for technological value creation. The session also highlighted the critical role of effective change management, which includes addressing workflow obstacles, targeted skill development, and revising employee job descriptions.
Solutions Ground participated in the event as a strategic partner. “Businesses demand results rather than vague discussions about AI capabilities,” remarked Lakshan Madurasinghe, CEO of Solutions Ground (Pvt.) Ltd. “By gathering professionals from diverse industries, it became evident that even though their sales environments differ, many underlying challenges remain similar. The true value of a workshop like this lies in assisting participants in reevaluating their processes and identifying areas where AI can enhance profitability.”
This workshop aligns with Perituza’s overarching philosophy of “Pragmatic Technology, Measurable Impact.” The company’s expertise encompasses AI-driven sales automation, sales intelligence, custom technology solutions, consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365, as well as modernizing legacy systems.
Additionally, Perituza collaborates with organizations on AI assessments and readiness, digital transformation initiatives, consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365, and technology training, providing support from strategic planning to implementation.
