Singer Sri Lanka PLC has teamed up with Fairfirst Insurance Ltd. to revolutionize the insurance landscape in Sri Lanka by offering motor insurance directly through Singer’s extensive network of showrooms nationwide. This innovative collaboration allows customers to effortlessly acquire motor insurance by simply scanning a QR code at their nearest Singer outlet, facilitated by advanced digital systems.
With over 425 showrooms in its network, the service aims to enhance customer experience by providing a more efficient, straightforward, and transparent process, significantly minimizing paperwork and simplifying the overall transaction. The partnership merges Fairfirst’s commitment to customer-centric insurance solutions with Singer’s unparalleled retail presence, thereby improving access to reliable insurance options for individuals across the country.
This initiative is poised to address accessibility challenges by extending motor insurance services beyond conventional urban locations, reaching communities where such offerings have often been limited. Thanks to Singer’s robust presence throughout Sri Lanka, customers can now conveniently discover and obtain motor insurance within familiar retail environments in their local areas.
