With this alliance, SLT-MOBITEL seeks to support the ride-hailing sector in Sri Lanka while contributing to the country’s ongoing digital transformation. Utilizing its advanced 5G network, which boasts the most extensive coverage nationwide, SLT-MOBITEL ensures that drivers remain connected, productive, and responsive while on the road, thereby delivering an exceptional network experience.

The new mobile offerings consist of three customized plans designed to accommodate various schedules and financial preferences of drivers. The top-tier monthly package, priced at Rs. 596, is valid for 30 days and provides 750 minutes, 750 SMS, 5GB of general data, and an additional 15GB of dedicated app data for essential applications such as HelaGo, WhatsApp, and Google Maps. For those with shorter-term requirements, a weekly package is available at Rs. 196, offering 150 minutes, 150 SMS, 1GB of general data, and 3.5GB of dedicated app data. Furthermore, drivers looking for an economical daily option can choose the Rs. 46 package, which is valid for one day and includes 20 minutes, 20 SMS, 125MB of general data, and 512MB of app data. Collectively, these packages are specifically crafted to meet the daily operational needs of HelaGo drivers, ensuring consistent communication, efficient navigation, and easy access to the HelaGo platform.
