FINANCIAL CHRONICLE – Sri Lanka has successfully issued bonds totaling 150 billion rupees with maturities in 2030, 2034, and 2037, as reported by the public debt management office.
The entire offering of 70 billion rupees in bonds maturing on 15 October 2030 (LKB00730J158) was sold, yielding an average interest rate of 11.57 percent. Similarly, all 50 billion rupees of bonds due on 15 October 2034 (LKB00934J156) were also sold, with an average yield of 12.04 percent. Additionally, the full amount of 30 billion rupees in bonds maturing on 01 July 2037 (LKB01237G019) was placed at an average yield of 12.58 percent.
These three bond offerings remain available for purchase.
