Sri Lanka’s Treasury bill yields experienced a decline across all maturities at the auction held on Wednesday, according to data released by the Public Debt Management Office. The total offering of 60 billion rupees in bills was successfully sold.
The yield on the 3-month bill decreased by 6 basis points, settling at 7.66 percent, with the entire offering of 10 billion rupees being sold.
The 6-month bill saw a reduction of 8 basis points, bringing the yield down to 7.99 percent. The full offering of 35 billion rupees was also sold.
The 12-month yield decreased by 4 basis points to 8.27 percent, with all 15 billion rupees offered being sold.
