Sri Lankan Government Schedules Investor Call for Macro and Governance-Linked Bonds

The Sri Lankan Government has scheduled an investor call for February 11, 2026, in alignment with the terms of its Macro-Linked Bonds (MLBs) and Governance-Linked Bonds (GLBs). This call will feature a presentation on the Debt Report published on December 31, 2025, and will include updates on key fiscal, macroeconomic, and governance-related developments pertinent to the performance-linked features of these bonds.

The session aims to provide investors with enhanced transparency regarding progress against agreed benchmarks and Sri Lanka’s debt sustainability framework. The call is set to occur at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 1:30 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time, and 7:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time. This initiative is part of the Government’s ongoing post-restructuring engagement with international bondholders and market participants.
