This remarkable achievement solidifies the company’s leadership role in Sri Lanka’s ICT services export sector. Furthermore, Sysco LABS was honored with the ‘Innovative Export Service of the Year’ award for its groundbreaking product, SAGE (The Sysco Agentic Ecosystem), an advanced AI platform that was developed completely in Colombo.
The awards ceremony, organized by the Export Development Board (EDB), took place on December 11th at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH). The event was graced by the presence of Her Excellency, the Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, who, alongside prominent Cabinet Ministers, celebrated the achievements of top exporters. These awards represent the highest accolade in Sri Lanka for exporters, acknowledging their significant contributions to the country’s economic development and international competitiveness.
