This Women’s Day, XpressJobs is honored to partner with John Keells Stock Brokers to create a significant impact beyond mere celebration through the #SHEinvests initiative. This program is crafted to educate, engage, and empower women, providing them with the knowledge and confidence necessary to attain financial independence.

As part of this initiative, throughout March, XpressJobs clients have the exclusive opportunity to host a Financial Literacy Session for their female employees. The program is designed to impart practical financial knowledge, bolster confidence in money management, and promote informed investment decisions aimed at ensuring long-term financial security.

The one-hour interactive sessions will be conducted by experts from John Keells Stock Brokers and will cover essential topics such as money management techniques, savings versus investments, types of investments, equity investing, investment analysis tools, decision-making criteria, and guidance on initiating investments.

Nithila Talgaswatte, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of John Keells Stock Brokers, commented on the initiative: “Financial independence is a powerful enabler for women. Through #SHEinvests, we aim to break barriers and provide access to knowledge that empowers women to make confident financial decisions for themselves and their futures.”

Dr. Oshadie Korale, Co-Founder and COO of XpressJobs, shared her insights from a women’s empowerment perspective: “As women, we are often encouraged to earn, but not always taught how to grow and manage our wealth. This initiative aims to change that narrative. When women understand money, they gain confidence, independence, and a stronger voice in shaping their lives and careers. That’s the kind of impact we want to create this Women’s Day.”

By offering organizations a meaningful way to commemorate Women’s Day, the initiative transcends symbolic gestures, delivering real value and enduring impact for women in the workplace. Participating organizations will also receive social media recognition, with highlights shared across XpressJobs and John Keells Stock Brokers platforms.

This exclusive Women’s Day program is available to XpressJobs clients throughout March, reinforcing a shared commitment to empowering women through knowledge, opportunity, and financial independence.

For more information or to participate in the Women’s Day 2026 initiative, organizations are encouraged to connect with the XpressJobs team to coordinate the next steps.
