Senthilverl Holdings Increases Stake in Colombo Dockyard to 12.20%

FINANCIAL CHRONICLE – According to a stock exchange filing, Senthilverl Holdings has increased its stake in Colombo Dockyard to 12.20% of the issued share capital. On January 30, the company acquired 4,263,567 shares at prices ranging from 149.25 to 155.25 rupees per share.

The filing also revealed that, in addition to the aforementioned transaction, 9,876,264 shares were purchased through other licensed stockbrokers. Colombo Dockyard’s total issued shares amount to 395,224,082.

Prior to this transaction, Senthilverl Holdings held an 8.63% stake in Colombo Dockyard.
