COPF needs proper support of Parliament: Harsha

The Committee on Public Finance (COPF) needs the support of Parliament to resolve certain issues, its Chairman Harsha de Silva told Parliament today.  

“We have only one consultant to look into reports, resolutions and legislations which are submitted to our committee. The two assistants who are helping the committee are not adequately paid,” he said.
