Genelle operates retail outlets at Mount Lavinia, Horton Place, and One Galle Face Mall, along with its Flagship Store at Isipathana Mawatha. The official website launch was led by Managing Director Sheran Wickremesekera and Mrs. Damaris Wickremesekera. During the ceremony, Mr. Wickremesekera noted that the new platform meets a long-standing need for the company, offering greater flexibility and convenience for customers. He emphasized that the initiative brings Genelle’s handcrafted elegance closer to both local and international markets.
Speaking at the event, Jayanga Prasadini, General Manager – Sales & Marketing, highlighted that www.genelle.lk is a fully integrated e-commerce platform built to international digital commerce standards. She explained that the launch strengthens Genelle’s customer-centric approach and omnichannel framework, enhancing market accessibility and enabling scalable digital engagement with customers.
